| The Thailand Medical Tourism and Healthcare Trade Fair is being held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a participant in the Fair, the hotel guarantees the following room rates per room, per night, single or double occupancy: |

These rates are subject to a nine percent Clark County room tax. A Charge of $30.00 will be added for each guest over double occupancy with a maximum of four (4) guests per room. There will be no additional charge for children 15 years of age and under when occupying the same room with an adult using the existing bedding.
To make room reservations, telephone the hotel reservation department at (877) 632-7000 or (702) 632-7000. In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with Thailand Medical Tourism and Healthcare Fair. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made.
The cut-off date for reservations is Friday, November 2, 2007. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted by Hotel on a space and rate availability basis only. |
